The two things that stick out with this beautiful ring are the vibrant ruby and yellow gold colours and the oh so classic celestial gypsy ring setting in wonderful condition. She may be a classic but her great condition and vibrant colors tick all the boxes and then some.
Made in Chester in 1906, she is full of symbolism and beauty. Her classic setting includes 3 stars and some design work on her shoulders, symbolising guidance and protection (gypsy ring) and the wearer being the star of the giver's life (star setting). Diamonds symbolise eternal love and rubies can represent passion. So there's a lot of admiration packed into this beautiful bauble, any way you slice it.
She's in wonderful condition including her stamps, and her bright pinkish red rubellite stones give it a nice small pop of colour amongst the butter 18k gold. She's made well and is sturdy enough for daily wear, especially with the stones set down into the ring so they are very practical too.
